3M India Fixes Record Date For Dividend: According to the regulatory filing of the company, "Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, The Board of Directors have fixed July 26, 2023 as Record Date for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of payment of final dividend as may be declared at the said AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2023."

Earlier, Board of Directors of the Company held a meeting on May 30, 2023 to declare a final dividend of Rs. 100/-per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
