Lords Mark Industries' share price was trading 3.68% lower at Rs 88.05 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 3,756.41 crore at 3:22 pm on Friday. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 91.95 per share and an intraday low of Rs 87.10 per share.

Lords Mark Industries Q1 Result
The company reported a net profit of Rs 33.18 crore in Q1FY27 against a net loss of Rs 0.03 crore in Q1FY26. The company's net profit stood at Rs 39.53 crore in the March quarter of FY26. The firm's total income stood at Rs 312.66 crore in Q1FY27 against Rs 493.88 crore in Q4FY26. Its profit before tax stood at Rs 45.47 crore during the quarter under review. The company's sales came in at Rs 307.68 crore in Q1FY27. However, there were no sales reported in the corresponding quarter.
Lords Mark Industries Share Price Trend
The company scrip closed lower on Friday. Its share price hit its 52-week high of Rs 669.70 per share on BSE on October 16, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low of Rs 60 per share on July 10, 2026. Its share price value has declined around 87% in 2026 so far and around 84% in one year. However, the stock has surged close to 27% in last one month.
The company will hold its Annual General Meeting through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means at 11:30 am on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Shareholders' voting eligibility will be determined based on the relevant date of September 23, 2026.
Eligible shareholders may cast their votes through remote e-voting from September 27, 2026, to September 29, 2026. The e-voting facility will be available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on each of these days. National Securities Depository Limited has been appointed as the e-voting service provider.
