Angel One's board of directors will consider and recommend interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27 in its board meeting scheduled for next week. "The Board of Directors of the Company will inter alia also consider the declaration of the first interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27."

The market participation has also fluctuated that prompted companies to rely more on businesses beyond traditional broking.The company's gross client acquisition declined 17.5% to 0.45 million. Angel One's number of orders grew by 21.8% on an annual basis to 140.04 million in June month.
