Dividend, Bonus: United Spirits, DCM Shriram, Varun Beverages Among 11 To Trade Ex-Date Next Week

Dividend, bonus, stock split: Shares of major companies will be in focus next week due to their record date for dividend and bonus issue. United Spirits, DCM Shriram, Varun Beverages, ADC India, MSTC, RailTel Corporation of India, PH Capital, etc will trade ex-dividend next week. Additionally, Capital Trade Links, SAL Automotive, KBC Global, etc will trade ex-bonus between 31 March to 5 April.

According to BSE data, some of the major companies have announced other corporate actions including extraordinary general meetings (EGM), stock splits, bonus issues, etc. A company's scrip's ex-record date refers to the day when its equity share price adjusts according to its dividend payment, stock split or bonus issue.

What is dividend record date?

On dividend record date, a stock doesn't carry the value of its next dividend payment from the day forward. The term also defines the day when company fixes the eligibility of shareholders to receive the declared dividend. Only those investors registered on the company's list to receive the dividend will be eligible for the payment.

United Spirits dividend

Beverage maker United Spirits has announced an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share price with a face value of Rs 2 each last week. The company has fixed record date as 3 April. Only those investors who own the company shares on or before 3 April will be eligible for dividend payment.

"The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., Thursday, 27th March 2025 has inter alia approved the payment of interim dividend of INR 4 per equity share (face value Rs. 2/- each) for the financial year ending 31st March 2025," said the company in its stock exchange filing earlier.

Varun Beverages dividend

One of PepsiCO's largest franchisees , Varun Beverages' shares will trade ex-dividend next week on Friday, 4 April. The company declared a final dividend of Rs 0.5 per share with a face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. The final dividend will be distributed starting Monday, April 7.

ADC India Communications Ltd

Smallcap stock ADC India Communications declared an interim dividend of Rs 25 per share with an equity stake value of Rs 10 each for financial year 2024-25. Company has fixed record date as Wednesday, April 2. The actual payment date has been fixed has 23 April, 2025.
"We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., March 25, 2025 have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e.250%) for the Financial Year 2024-25," the company said in its stock exchange filing on Wednesday.

MSTC Limited

The Mini Ratna PSU declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.5 per equity share for its eligible shareholders. MSTC Ltd dividend record date is fixed as Wednesday, 2 April, 2025. The announced dividend will be paid on 25 April, 2025. The company has fixed an interim dividend of Rs 32 per equity share in Febrary this year.

RailTel Corporation of India

The Navratna Railway PSU has declared a 10% second interim dividend for eligible shareholders on March 12. Eligible shareholders will be paid an interim dividend of Rs 1 per share for FY25. The date of payment of dividend will be 9th April, 2025.

DCM Shriram Industries dividend

The agriculture business conglomerate announced an interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each for financial year 2024-25. The company fixed a dividend record date as Friday, 4 April. The dividend will be disbursed among eligible shareholders before 30 April, 2025.

PH Capital, Unifinz Capital India

PH Capital announced an interim dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share with an ex-record date of Friday, 4 April, 2025. The company announced an interim dividend after its board of directors meeting on 25 March.

Unifinz Capital India

Eligible shareholders of tech NBFC, Unifinz Capital India will receive an interim dividend of Rs 0.5 per share in April. The dividend record date has been fixed as Friday, 4 April.
