The company's board of directors, in May, had recommended 150% final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend payment will be made after getting approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). "The Board of Directors have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2025 - 2026. The Dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting will be paid on or before, the 04th July, 2026," read a BSE filing released by the company earlier.
