Dividend Dhamaka: Escorts Kubota Rewards Investors With 300% Dividend, Profit Jumps 9% | How To Get Eligible?
Dividend Alert: Tractor manufacturer, Escorts Kubota, on Thursday reported a 9% annual jump in its net consolidated profit for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The company also announced a 300% dividend for Q4FY26.
Escorts Kubota share price ended 0.85% higher at Rs 3346.5 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 37,439.89 crore. The company stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 3,402 per share and an intraday low of Rs 3,300 per share.

Escorts Kubota Dividend
The company's board of directors, on Thursday, announced 300% dividend for eligible shareholders. With this, the company's total dividend for FY26 (including special dividend) stood at Rs 510%.
Escorts Kubota's board "Recommended Final Dividend of Rs 33/- (330%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM)," as per the BSE filing released on Thursday.
"The Final dividend, if declared, shall be paid within 30 days of the date of the AGM. The total dividend (including the special dividend) for the financial year would be Rs. 51/- (510%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each," the BSE filing read further.
How To Get Eligible For Payout?
Investors must buy the stock on or before the dividend record date to become eligible for the payout. Escorts Kubota is yet to confirm the dividend record date for the corporate action.
Escorts Kubota Q4 Result
The company reported a 9% surge in its standalone net profit to Rs 324.81 crore in Q4FY26 against Rs 297.51 crore reported in the year-ago period. The company had announced a net revenue from operations of Rs 2,950.6 crore in Q4FY26 against Rs 2,430.30 crore reported in the year-ago period.
The company's tractor volume surged by 21.1% on a year-on-year basis to 32,257 units in Q4FY26. The firm's EBIDTA came at Rs 386.0 crore, up by 31.8% as against Rs 292. 9 crore in the corresponding quarter and as against Rs 438. 7 crore in the sequential quarter.
