Patanjali Foods stock closed 0.28% lower at Rs 353 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 38,410.23 crore on Friday. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 353.95 per share and an intraday low of Rs 347.40 per share.

Patanjali Foods Dividend
The company's board of directors approved the third dividend for FY26 and the first dividend for FY27. Combining the two dividends approved by the board, Patanjali Foods has declared a total of 115% dividend per equity share with a face value of Rs 2.
The "Board declared 3 rd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (i.e. 75%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the FY 2025-26. The payment of the same will be made on or before September 12, 2026," stated the firm in its BSE filing released earlier this week.
Patanjali Foods Dividend Record Date
The company's board of directors has fixed August 21 as the record date to determine the eligibility of investors for the payout. "The Board at its meeting held on August 14, 2026, has fixed August 21, 2026 as "Record Date" to determine eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the 3 rd Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 and 1st Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27," stated added the company in its BSE filing.
Patanjali Foods Share Price Trend
The stock closed marginally lower on Friday. Its share price hit 52-week high of Rs 615.20 per share on September 4, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low of Rs 328.05 per share on July 15, 2026. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 18.18%. Its share price value has declined 36.2% in 2026 so far and around 40% in one year.
