Bhai Dooj

Bhai Dooj is celebrated on the last day of the Diwali festival and symbolizes the eternal love between brothers and sisters. On Bhai Dooj, sisters perform the Tika ceremony wherein they put tilak and akshat on their brother's forehead with a vow to protect their brother.

Brothers also give gifts to their sisters on Bhai Dooj.
