Domestic flights To Resume From May 25, says Hardeep Singh Puri
The airline industry alike other business areas came to a standstill since March 25, when the lockdown 1.0 was imposed to curb the spread of coronavirus.
Earlier, the minister said that the domestic flights will be operational once the state governments are willing to open airports. "It is not upto @MoCA_GoI or centre alone to decide on resuming domestic flights. In the spirit of cooperative federalism, the govt of states where these flights will take off & land should be ready to allow civil aviation operations," tweeted the aviation minister.
