DOMS, India Shelter Shares Allotment Status, Listing On December 20; What GMP Signals?

DOMS Industries and India Shelter Finance Corporation are two mainboard IPO listings scheduled this week. The allotment of shares of these two IPOs took place on December 18, and investors can see their application status through the registrar of the public offer, bank account, Demat account and on stock exchanges. Their current grey market premium (GMP) hints at premium listing.

How To Check Your Application Status in DOMS Industries and India Shelter:

BSE:

Step 1: Under the investors' section of the BSE website, click on 'Status of Issue Application'. Here is the link: https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx

Step 2: Select the issue type either Equity or Debt

Step 3: Select the IPO name 'DOMS OR India Shelter' from the drop-down menu on the Issue Name.

Step 4: Feed in the details of either Application No. or PAN card.

Step 5: Select the captcha mode and then click on 'Search'. You get to know your allotment status accordingly.

NSE:

- To avail of this facility, the investor has to register one time by providing the PAN details.

- The user shall be able to view the details of the bids entered against the registered PAN number

- On registration, the investor will receive an email notification from NSE on the registered email address providing the login details.

Both DOMS and India Shelter launched their Rs 1,200 crore IPO each on December 13 and were available for subscriptions till December 15.

On the final day, DOMS IPO subscribed 93.52 times driven by qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) whose portion subscribed 115.97 times. The portion for non-institutional investors and retail individual investors subscribed 66.51 times and 69.67 times respectively.

Meanwhile, on Day 3, India Shelter IPO subscribed 36.71 times. The portion for QIBs received robust demand with an oversubscription of 89.70 times, followed by non-institutional investors and retail investors whose portion subscribed by 28.51 times and 9.95 times respectively.

Both the IPOs will debut on BSE and NSE on December 20.

GMP Today:

As per Investor Grain, DOMS IPO's last GMP is ₹495, last updated Dec 19th 2023 09:26 AM. With a price band of 790.00, DOMS IPO's estimated listing price is Rs 1285 (cap price + today's GMP). The expected percentage gain/loss per share is 62.66%.

Further, India Shelter's last GMP is Rs 160, last updated Dec 19th 2023 09:29 AM. With a price band of 493.00, India Shelter Finance Corporation IPO's estimated listing price is Rs 653 (cap price + today's GMP). The expected percentage gain/loss per share is 32.45%.

Incorporated in 1976, DOMS India is into the production and marketing of wooden polymer pencils, sharpeners, erasers, mathematical and drawing instruments, ballpoint pens and other range of student art materials.

While India Shelter Finance Corporation is a retail focused affordable housing finance company with an extensive distribution network and a scalable technology infrastructure. The company has an extensive and well-established network of 214 branches spread across 15 states as of 30th November 2023.
