Gold prices in India extended their decline on Friday, August 14, with 24 Karat (24K) gold falling by Rs 71 per gram to Rs 15,289, while 22 Karat (22K) gold dropped Rs 65 to Rs 14,015 per gram. The latest fall comes after a sharp rally earlier this week, with 24K gold now witnessing a cumulative decline of Rs 19,700 per 100 grams over the past two days.

Silver prices in Delhi, meanwhile, remained unchanged at Rs 255 per gram, while the rate stood at Rs 2,55,000 per kilogram. In the global market, gold prices slipped on Friday and were heading for a weekly decline as investors booked profits following a rally triggered by softer-than-expected US inflation data, which had pushed bullion to its highest level in more than two months and reduced expectations of an imminent Federal Reserve rate hike.

22 Karat Gold Rate Today in India

The 22K gold price in India today is Rs 14,015 per gram, down by Rs 65. The price for 8 grams is Rs 1,12,120, while 10 grams of 22K gold costs Rs 1,40,150. For 100 grams, the price stands at Rs 14,01,500, marking a decline of Rs 6,500.

18 Karat Gold Rate Today in India

The 18K gold price in India today is Rs 11,467 per gram, lower by Rs 53. The price for 8 grams is Rs 91,736, while 10 grams costs Rs 1,14,670. For 100 grams, the 18K gold price is Rs 11,46,700, down by Rs 5,300.

The silver price in Delhi today stands at Rs 255 per gram, unchanged from the previous day's rate. The price of 8 grams of silver is Rs 2,040, while 10 grams is priced at Rs 2,550. For larger quantities, 100 grams of silver costs Rs 25,500, while 1 kg of silver is priced at Rs 2,55,000 in Delhi. Silver prices across all listed quantities remain unchanged compared with yesterday.
