However, a low share price does not necessarily mean that a stock is cheap. Investors need to consider factors such as earnings, valuation, market capitalisation, liquidity, debt and the company's ability to grow its business.

Empower India Share Price Performance

Empower India shares have gained 24.46% in the past week, while the stock is up 3.62% over one month and 32.37% so far in 2026. Its one-year return stands at 78.91%, while the stock has gained 172.62% in three years and 1,426.67% in five years.

Empower India Announces AGM & Record Date; Independent Director Naveenakumar Kunjaru Resigns

The company has fixed September 23 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for its 44th annual general meeting, scheduled for September 30 in Mumbai.

Empower India also informed the exchanges about the resignation of Non-Executive Independent Director Naveenakumar Kunjaru, effective September 9. The company said the resignation was due to personal and family commitments and that there was no other material reason for his departure.

Empower India's AI Infrastructure Plans

Empower India has outlined plans to explore sustainable digital infrastructure opportunities linked to India's growing artificial intelligence ecosystem. The company sees potential demand for data centres, high-performance computing, advanced cooling systems and reliable power infrastructure as AI adoption expands.

The Government's Rs 10,371.92 crore IndiaAI Mission is also supporting the development of India's AI ecosystem and computing infrastructure. This broader expansion could create opportunities for companies operating across the supporting digital infrastructure space.

However, the industry opportunity does not automatically translate into business growth for Empower India. The company's plans are still a potential growth avenue, and investors will need to watch for actual orders, partnerships, investments and revenue from the proposed business.
