Escorts Kubota Dividend: BSE 200 company, Escorts Kubota, on Thursday, reported an 18% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its net profit during the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25. The BSE 200 company had also announced a 180% final dividend for FY25.
The company scrip ended marginally lower at Rs 3191.9 per share on BSE on Thursday, with a market capitalisation of Rs 35,710.26 crore. The company stock is recovering from its 52-week low mark of Rs 2,828.75 apiece touched on 28 February, 2025.

The tractor manufacturer on Thursday announced a dividend of Rs 18 per share for FY25. The company is yet to announce the record date to determine the eligibility of its shareholders.
"Recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 18/- (180%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Final Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to all the eligible shareholders as on record date to be fixed for that purpose and to be announced later. The total dividend (including the interim dividend) for the financial year would be Rs. 28/- (280%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each," read a stock exchange filing by the company on Thursday.
Escorts Kubota Q4 Result
The company announced a 17.8% YoY increase in its net profit to Rs 318 crore for the fourth quarter of financial year 2024-24. The company reported a revenue from continuing operations to Rs 10,187.0 crore up by 4.7% as against Rs 9,730.7 crore in the previous year.
The company's EBITDA from operations increased by 4% YoY to Rs 1,177.8 crore against Rs 1,133.0 crore reported in the year ago period. Its standalone profit before tax excluding exceptional items and including discontinued operations came at Rs 1,555.3 crore, which was nearly 8% higher than Rs 1,440.9 crore in previous year.
Standalone net profit after tax including discontinued operations came at Rs 1,250.9 crore for the year ended March 31, 2025, up by 15.7% as against a profit of z 1,081.6 crore in the previous fiscal year.
In terms of its segment-wise development, company's tractors volume increased nominally to 1,15,554 units and segment revenue came at Rs 8,447.2 crore as against Rs 7,897.4 crore in the previous year. During the quarter under review, its construction equipment volumes were at 6,484 units and revenue from Railway Equipments Segment came at Rs 912.8 crore.
