Eventions IPO Day 2: Rs 2.83 Lakh Needed To Apply; Should You Invest? Check Price, Lot Size & More

Eventions Limited IPO entered its second day of subscription on Thursday, October 1, with the public issue scheduled to remain open until October 5, 2026. The company is looking to raise funds through the issue as it expands its presence in India's meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) and corporate events market.

The IPO comprises 32.30 lakh equity shares and has a price band of Rs 112 to Rs 118 per share. At the upper end of the price band, the issue size works out to around Rs 38.11 crore.

The company plans to use the IPO proceeds for purposes including repayment of borrowings, meeting working capital requirements and investment in its subsidiary. Brokerage firm Lakshmishree has assigned a subscribe rating to the issue, citing the company's presence in the growing MICE segment, asset-light business model and improvement in operating margins.

Eventions IPO: Price Band, Lot Size

The price band for the Eventions IPO has been fixed at Rs 112-Rs 118 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares, while retail investors are required to bid for a minimum of two lots.

At the upper price band, an application for two lots would require an investment of Rs 2,83,200. This makes the issue more relevant for investors who are comfortable with the relatively higher application amounts generally seen in SME IPOs.

Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while Mudra RTA Ventures Private Limited is acting as the registrar.

Eventions Financial Performance

Eventions has reported an improvement in both revenue and profitability over the last three financial years. Revenue increased from Rs 86.57 crore in FY24 to Rs 99.74 crore in FY26.

The improvement in profitability has been more pronounced. EBITDA rose from Rs 4.17 crore in FY24 to Rs 10.24 crore in FY26, while profit after tax increased from Rs 3.67 crore to Rs 7.76 crore during the same period.

The company's EBITDA margin also expanded from 4.82% in FY24 to 10.27% in FY26, indicating an improvement in operating profitability.

What Does Eventions Do?

Eventions operates in the corporate events and MICE segment, providing services related to conferences, corporate meetings, incentive travel, exhibitions, brand activations and other business events.

The company manages different parts of an event, including planning, venue arrangements, travel, accommodation, logistics, vendor coordination and on-ground execution. Its services are targeted primarily at corporate and institutional clients.

The company follows an asset-light model, working with hotels, travel partners, destination management companies, logistics providers and other vendors rather than maintaining a large owned infrastructure base. This allows it to execute events across different locations while keeping its fixed asset requirements relatively limited.

Eventions has also handled events outside India, with destinations including Spain, France, Switzerland, the UAE, Singapore and Indonesia among the markets covered by its operations.

For investors, the company's improving margins and profitability are among the key financial points to track. At the same time, the event management business is dependent on client spending, project execution, vendor availability and working capital requirements.

The relatively large minimum application size is another factor investors may consider before subscribing. As with other SME IPOs, investors should also examine the company's financials, risks, promoter background, valuation and the intended use of IPO proceeds before making an investment decision.

The Eventions IPO will remain open until October 5, 2026, after which the allotment and listing process will move ahead according to the IPO schedule.
