Eventions IPO To Open September 30: Check Price Band, Lot Size, Subscription Dates & More
The Eventions IPO is set to open for subscription on September 30, 2026, giving investors an opportunity to participate in the company's business covering corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and incentive travel. The issue will remain open until October 5, with the price band fixed at Rs 112 to Rs 118 per share.
The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of 32.30 lakh equity shares. At the upper end of the price band, the issue size will be around Rs 38.12 crore. For retail investors, however, the minimum amount required to apply is relatively high because of the IPO's lot size and application requirements.

The lot size for the Eventions IPO is 1,200 shares. At the upper price of Rs 118 per share, one lot will cost Rs 1,41,600. Retail investors need to apply for at least two lots. This means the minimum retail application at the upper price band will be Rs 2,83,200. Investors applying under the HNI category will need a minimum of three lots, requiring Rs 4,24,800 at Rs 118 per share.

The issue is being managed by Corporate Professionals Capital Private Limited as the book-running lead manager, while Mudra RTA Ventures Private Limited is the registrar.
Investors considering the issue may also want to look at how the company proposes to use the funds raised from the IPO. The largest allocation is towards working capital, with Rs 18.80 crore earmarked for this purpose. Another Rs 7 crore is proposed to be used for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings. The company has also set aside Rs 1.40 crore for investment in its subsidiary, Gantu Online Private Limited.
The proposed deployment therefore covers day-to-day funding requirements, debt reduction and investment in the subsidiary.

Investors can also look at the company's recent financial performance before considering the issue. Eventions' total income stood at Rs 87.29 crore in FY24 and increased marginally to Rs 88.02 crore in FY25. It then rose to Rs 100.62 crore in FY26.
Profitability has also improved over the same period. EBITDA increased from Rs 4.13 crore in FY24 to Rs 7.09 crore in FY25 and Rs 10.19 crore in FY26. Profit after tax rose from Rs 3.29 crore to Rs 5.13 crore and then Rs 7.72 crore across the same three financial years.
For potential investors, the improvement in profit is an important part of the financial picture, although the events and travel businesses can be influenced by corporate spending, travel demand, seasonality, client orders and the cost of executing individual projects.
