Fuel Rates Hiked Again On November 2, 2021, Petrol In Mumbai Nears Rs. 116/l
Petrol and diesel prices after record gains have been again hiked after a two day breather on November 2, 2021. The price of petrol and diesel both saw a surge by 35 paise today.

State-run oil marketing companies including BPCL, HPCL and IOC began revising fuel rates on a daily basis on September 24 after international crude rates hit close to a 3-year high. Notably, now the crude prices internationally have hit 7-year high.
International crude rates
Both the crude benchmarks traded higher in trade on Monday with Brent up at $85.06 per barrel, while the WTI benchmark traded with gains of 0.28 at 84.34 per barrel. Crude Oil increased 35.77 USD/BBL or 73.72% since the beginning of 2021, according to trading on a contract for difference (CFD) that tracks the benchmark market for this commodity.
