Considering the significant increase in crude oil prices in global markets with WTI Crude was last seen trading at $99.27 per barrel, while Brent Crude was last seen dealing at $104.40, the volatility is set to remain constant in the fuel space. The settlement of the geopolitical conflicts between Russia and Ukraine exerted a decreasing impact on Crude Oil prices, which had just calmed following a strong rising trend more than a month ago. The United States is considering releasing up to 180 million barrels from its strategic petroleum reserves (SPR), which might slash crude oil prices in the international markets.
