Fuel Rates Unchanged For Two Days Now

Petrol and diesel prices have not moved today (July 20, 2021). After the rate pause for two consecutive days, petrol and diesel in metros is priced as follows:

After the assembly elections are done in some of the states, petrol and diesel prices are on a continuous rise and have reached Rs. 100 mark for petrol in various states.

Petroleum and natural gas ministry in the country has given a go-ahead to sell fuel to 7 more companies including Reliance BP and IMC Group among others.

It can be again pointed that a major portion of the fuel rates in the country is accounted for by the various taxes, dealer commission etc.
