GAIL Declares Record Date For Final Dividend: Check Dividend Amount & Other Details

GAIL, a large-cap PSU that operates in the natural gas and LPG segments in India, on July 18, has announced its record date for dividend pay up. The information available with BSE filing, GAIL mentioned, "We would like to inform that for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend @ 10% (Re. 1 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company, the "Record Date" will be Tuesday, 2nd August, 2022, if approved by the shareholders at the aforesaid AGM. This is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015." Investors in the equity markets can note the record date of August 2, this year, if interested in the stock.
