Gauri Khan Sells Luxury Flat in Mumbai for Rs 11.61 Crore, Earning Rs 3.1 Crore Profit

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's wife and interior Designer Gauri Khan recently sold a residential property in Dadar West, Mumbai, for Rs 11.61 crore. In March 2025, the transaction was registered, according to property registration papers Square Yards examined on the Inspector General of Registration's website.

The sold flat is situated in Kohinoor Altissimo, a ready-to-move-in housing project with 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3.5 BHK apartment options built by Kohinoor CTNL Infrastructure Company Pvt Ltd.

The residential flat that the famous interior designer, Gauri Khan sold has a built-up area of 184.42 square meters (1,985.04 square feet) and a carpet area of 1,803.94 square feet (167.55 square meters), according to the IGR property registration paperwork that Square Yards examined. Two parking spots are included in the purchase. A security deposit of Rs. 27.16 lakh and registration fees of Rs. 30,000 were required for the registration paperwork.

According to Square Yards' examination of IGR property registration records, Gauri Khan paid Rs 8.5 crore for an apartment in August 2022, and it was recently sold for Rs 11.61 crore, a 37% increase in value.
