The IPO will list on BSE and NSE. As per brokerage Choice, the company is expected to list with market cap of Rs 1,697.7 crore on the exchanges. Its PE ratio is expected to be at 31.8%, and return on equity is around 11.6%.

As per IPO Watch data, Gem Aromatics IPO GMP made a highhttps://www.nseindia.com/invest/check-trades-bids-verify-ipo-bids of Rs 25 on August 25, 2025, which is lower from its GMP of Rs 30 on August 22. The GMP was unchanged on August 23 and August 24.
The latest grey market premium (GMP) signalled at 7.69% premium listing on BSE and NSE. Taking into consideration the latest GMP, the potential listing price could be at Rs 350 ( IPO issue price of Rs 325 + August 25 GMP). This is higher by 7.69% from the IPO price.
GEM Aromatics launched its IPO from August 19 to August 21, at a price band of Rs 309 to Rs 325 per share. The IPO was subscribed by 30.27x on the final day.
