The acquisition sees early investors Eight Roads Ventures, Somerset Indus Capital, and Evolvence Capital making a complete exit. Growth Trajectory and Future Plans

Since its inception in 2018, Ujala Cygnus has shown remarkable growth, expanding its hospital network from nine to 21 facilities across 17 cities in five states. This expansion has more than doubled its bed capacity from 1,000 to over 2,500 beds.
