With the announcement of a bonus issue, the company's paid-up equity share capital has gone up dramatically. The paid-up equity share capital, which consisted of 2,08,71,900 equity shares of Rs 10 apiece, was Rs 20,87,19,000 prior to the bonus issue. Following the bonus shares, there would be 5,00,92,560 equity shares of Rs 10 apiece, increasing the paid-up equity share capital to Rs 50,09,25,600. The entire available reserves and premium as of March 31, 2025, are Rs 30,08,30,631, and Rs 29,22,06,600 would be used from free reserves and share premium to accomplish this bonus issue.

"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Friday, 10th October 2025 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the list of shareholders eligible for allotment of Bonus Equity Shares, subject to approval of Members, which is being obtained at 16th Annual General Meeting," Laxmi Goldorna House has informed to NSE.

The Board has determined that Tuesday, September 30, 2025, will be the date of the company's 16th annual general meeting.

"Register of Member and Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025 to Tuesday 30th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Remote e-voting period commences on Friday, 26th September, 2025 at 09:00 A.M. and ends on Monday, 29th September, 2025 at 05:00 P.M. During these period members of the Company holding shares either in Physical form or in Dematerialized form as Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025 (cut-off date for E-voting) may cast their vote through remote e-voting," confirmed Laxmi Goldorna House in an NSE-filing.

"Laxmi Goldorna stock price is slightly bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 760. A Daily close above resistance of 840 could lead to a target of 900 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, independent research analyst.
