Earlier, the GMR Airport scrip touched a 52-week high of Rs 66 per share on August 25, 2023.

Financials:

In the July-September quarter (Q2FY24), GMR Airports's consolidated net loss reduced to Rs 190 crore compared to Rs 197 crore a year ago.

The company's total income rose 25% on-year to Rs 1,607 crore in Q2FY24. This growth was driven by strong growth in traffic. Total passenger traffic during the quarter jumped 25% on-year to 26.5 million.

While Delhi's passenger traffic rose 18% on-year, Hyderabad saw a jump of 24% in the quarter. GMR Airports' EBITDA grew 34% on-year to Rs 848 crore in Q2FY24.
