"Further to our intimation dated April 30, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), the Record Date for the purposes of payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 202425 is Friday, August 1, 2025. The Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if approved by the Shareholder at their Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("34th AGM") to be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 4.00 p.m. IST, will be paid on or before Monday, August 11, 2025," Godrej Agrovet had earlier informed stock exchanges on May 2, 2025.

"Further to our intimation dated May 2, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2025/04 dated February 7, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved Thursday, July 31, 2025 as the revised Record Date for the purposes of payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025. The Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, if approved by the Shareholder at their Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("34th AGM") to be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 4.00 p.m. IST, will be paid on or before Monday, August 11, 2025," Godrej Agrovet confirmed in a regulatory filing on July 3, 2025.

Godrej Agrovet Share Price Target

"Godrej Agrovet is consolidating below resistance at ₹790. A breakout above this level could lead to a rally toward ₹820-₹840. Support is placed at ₹760. The structure is gradually improving, and buying interest is building. Traders may consider accumulating near ₹770-₹775 with a stop-loss below ₹755," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
