Gold Rate Today in India Opens Week on Weaker Note; Check Latest 22K, 24K & 18K Gold Prices on 21 September
Gold rates in India began the week on a weaker note, reversing some of the gains recorded at the end of the previous week. The rate of 24 Karat (24K) gold fell by Rs 16 per gram to Rs 15,568, while 22 Karat (22K) gold declined by Rs 15 to Rs 14,270 per gram. The price of 18 Karat (18K) gold also slipped by Rs 12 to Rs 11,676 per gram. Meanwhile, silver remained unchanged at Rs 250 per gram, or Rs 2,50,000 per kilogram.
The domestic trend followed a cautious start in Asian markets, where gold prices edged lower on Monday as investors remained watchful ahead of the upcoming US-China talks, while continuing tensions in the Middle East also weighed on market sentiment.

24 Karat Gold Rate Today in India
The 24K gold rate is Rs 15,568 per gram today, down Rs 16 from the previous rate. For 8 grams, the price stands at Rs 1,24,544, reflecting a decline of Rs 128. The 10-gram rate is Rs 1,55,680, lower by Rs 160, while 100 grams is priced at Rs 15,56,800 after a fall of Rs 1,600.

22 Karat Gold Rate Today in India
At Rs 14,270 per gram, 22K gold has declined by Rs 15. The price for 8 grams is Rs 1,14,160, down Rs 120, while 10 grams costs Rs 1,42,700, marking a decrease of Rs 150. For 100 grams, the rate stands at Rs 14,27,000, which is Rs 1,500 lower.
18 Karat Gold Rate Today in India
The 18K gold rate has slipped Rs 12 to Rs 11,676 per gram. An 8-gram quantity is priced at Rs 93,408, down Rs 96, while 10 grams is available at Rs 1,16,760, reflecting a Rs 120 decline. For 100 grams, the price is Rs 11,67,600, following a fall of Rs 1,200.
Silver Rate Today: Check Latest Silver Prices Per Kg and Gram on September 21, 2026
Silver prices have declined today, with the rate falling Rs 5 to Rs 250 per gram from Rs 255 previously. For 8 grams, silver is priced at Rs 2,000, down Rs 40, while the rate for 10 grams stands at Rs 2,500 after a Rs 50 decline.
For larger quantities, 100 grams of silver is available at Rs 25,000, marking a fall of Rs 500 from Rs 25,500. Meanwhile, the price of 1 kilogram of silver has dropped Rs 5,000 to Rs 2,50,000 from the previous rate of Rs 2,55,000.
"Gold price has resumed gapped down at 153,600 on Monday, likely to continue its moderately bearish momentum as trader's focus is still remain on geopolitics, Crude oil price momentum and Bond yields. Price has made a dips around 153,000 in initial trading, however still remain over 50 and 200-EMAs of hourly charts placed at 152,914 and 153,207 respectively, which will be crucial support levels to look for," said Aamir Makda, Commodity & Currency Analyst, Technical Research, Choice Broking.
