Gold Rates In India Today, 26-Nov: 24K/100 Grams of Gold Drops Rs 13,100; 1kg Silver Price Falls Rs 2,000
Following Israel's announcement that it has begun moving closer to a ceasefire in Lebanon, gold prices in India fell precipitously on Tuesday, November 26. With the Fed's November FOMC meeting minutes, GDP data, and core PCE due this week, gold rates are expected to be volatile as the Dollar Index rose in response to Trump's threats of higher tariffs and Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis President Neel Kashkari, who is generally on the hawkish edge of the U.S. central bank's policy band.
Gold Rates In India Today
Today, 22 carat gold costs Rs 7,080 per gramme in India, whereas 24-carat gold costs Rs 7,724 per gramme. The price of 22k of 10 grams of gold fell to Rs 70,800 today, down by Rs 1,200 from Rs 72,000 yesterday, while the price of 22k of 100 grams of gold fell to Rs 7,08,000 on Tuesday, down by Rs 12,000 from Rs 7,20,000 on Monday.

While 24k of 100 grammes of gold prices in India today reached Rs 7,72,400 from Rs 7,85,500 yesterday, showing a price loss of Rs 13,100 in a single day, 24k of 10 grammes of gold fell to Rs 77,240, which was Rs 78,550 yesterday, marking a price drop of Rs 1,310.
18k of 10 grams of gold rates in India today stood at Rs 57,930 which was Rs 58,910 yesterday representing a price drop of Rs 980 whereas 18k of 100 grams of gold rates in India on Tuesday reached Rs 5,79,300 which was Rs 5,89,100 on Monday representing a price fall of Rs 9,800.

Spot Gold Today
Following a 3% decline, gold prices remained stable on Tuesday. At 0259 GMT, spot gold was trading at $2,625.48 an ounce, having earlier in the day fallen to its lowest level since November 18. US gold futures climbed 0.3% to $2,625.80. Palladium increased 0.3% to $975.65, platinum dropped 0.2% to $937.05, while spot silver was unchanged at $30.29 an ounce.
Silver Rates Today In India
Today, silver costs Rs 89.50 per gramme and Rs 89,500 per kilogramme in India. Ten grammes of silver will cost Rs 895 today, down from Rs 915 yesterday; 100 grammes of silver will cost Rs 8,950 on Tuesday, down by Rs 200 from Rs 9,150 yesterday; and one kilogramme of silver will cost Rs 89,500 today, down from Rs 91,500 yesterday, marking a single-day price drop of Rs 2000.
MCX Gold Outlook Today
"The domestic yellow metal MCX Gold (Dec 2024 Contract closed weak near the lows for the day forming a strong bearish candle on the daily chart. The commodity is presently approaching its crucial supply zones around 76485/77658 levels which should act as resistance. On the downside, support for MCX Gold lies at 74653/ 74000 levels with a break below 75200 level potentially dragging prices toward 74000 levels. Traders are advised to trade with strict stoploss as volatility may remain high due to ongoing geopolitical issues," said the research analysts of Way2Wealth Brokers Private Limited.
Gold & Silver Price Outlook Today
"Gold and silver prices are trading flat today on the international bourses. We expect gold and silver prices to trade range-bound to lower for the day; as gold prices fell as the dollar jumped after President-elect Donald Trump threatened import tariffs of 25% on Canada and Mexico," said Nirmal Bang Securities Pvt. Ltd.
