Gold rates in India have started the week with positive sentiment as a US-Iran peace agreement progresses. In India, the 24 carat gold price is above Rs 146,500 per 10 grams, while the 22 carat is over Rs 1.34 lakh and 18 carat gold is almost near Rs 1.10 lakh. Gold prices rebounded after intense selling pressure last week due to a stronger dollar and expectations of rate hikes. On June 23, sentiment in gold will depend on a host of factors.

Firstly, the global trends will play a major role. Spot gold holds near $4,200 per ounce but witnessed a slight correction in the early hours of Tuesday. While spot silver is also below $65 per ounce.

Gold has come under constant pressure since the Middle East conflict erupted in late February, as disruptions to energy flows through Hormuz drove oil prices higher and reinforced expectations that central banks raise interest rates to contain inflation, as per Trading Economics.

Hence, it will be keenly watched, if 24 carat, 22 carat and 18 carat gold prices rise or reverse trend in the rest of the day.

Tanishq Gold Rates Today

22 carat gold price at Tanishq stood at Rs 13,610 per 1 gram, at Rs 108,880 per 8 grams, at Rs 136,100 per 10 grams, and at Rs 1,361,000 per 100 grams.

Also, 24 carat gold stood at Rs 14,847 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,48,470 per 100 grams. Additionally, 18 carat gold price is at Rs 11,135 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,11,350 per 10 grams.

IBJA Gold Rates Today

At IBJA, the 999 purity gold stood at Rs 14,731 per 1 gram in the early hours of June 23rd. Further, the 995 purity gold price is at Rs 14,672 per 1 gram, while the 916 purity gold is at Rs 13,494 per 1 gram, the 750 purity gold is priced at Rs 11,048 per 1 gram and the 585 purity gold is at Rs 8,618 per 1 gram.

Malabar Gold Rates Today

As per the last update, 22 carat gold is available at Rs 13,565 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,35,650 per 10 grams. While the 24 carat gold rate is at Rs 14,789 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,47,980 per 10 grams.

Kalyan Jewellers Gold Rates Today

In stores of Kalyan Jewellers, 22 carat gold is sold at Rs 13,430 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,34,300 per 10 grams.

Joyalukkas Gold Rates Today

At retail stores of Joyalukkas, in the morning of June 23rd, 1 gram gold is priced at Rs 13,565 in 22 carat. In the same carat, the 10 grams gold is sold at Rs 1,35,650. These rates are applicable in states like Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.

It needs to be noted that these rates are early estimates of June 23. They can be revised or shift as the day moves ahead due to global trends, market sentiments and demand.

What Will Impact Gold Prices In India Today?

As per Jateen Trivedi, VP Research Analyst - Commodity and Currency, LKP Securities, gold traded positive as rupee weakness supported domestic bullion prices, while COMEX Gold rebounded above $4210, gaining nearly $55. MCX Gold rose around Rs 2,000 to Rs 149,200 as both global and currency cues turned supportive.

Furthermore, the expert added that focus now shifts to this week's US Non-Farm Payrolls and unemployment data, which could provide the next major trigger for gold.

Technically, he said, Rs 147500 remains an important support level, while ₹151500 continues to act as the immediate resistance zone. Gold is likely to remain volatile ahead of the US employment data, with both dollar movements and rupee fluctuations influencing price action.
