Gold rates rise on October 26, 2026, at major top jewellers like Tanishq, IBJA, Joyalukkas and Malabar as the festive cheer of Dhanteras and Diwali nears in the month of November. On Monday, gold is also in focus due to the upcoming US Federal Reserve's policy, whose outcome will be declared on October 28th. The market is predicting Fed to keep interest rates unchanged. But if the Fed hikes rates due to an energy crisis and elevated inflation, yielding assets like bonds and dollars would see a buying trend, but non-yielding assets like gold could lose shine. At present, 22-carat gold is below Rs 13,130 per 1 gram and has surged by the highest Rs 1,500 in 100 grams.

The latest uptrend also comes after MCX gold and spot gold dropped by more than 4% last week due to rising crude oil prices, which breached the $117 mark.

"Gold fell approximately 4.2% last week, marking its steepest weekly decline in more than four months, and briefly traded below $4,000 for the first time since mid-July. Rising oil prices have revived inflation concerns and kept the prospect of a December Fed rate hike in focus, even as expectations of a hike at the October meeting have receded. The Fed's October 27-28 meeting and Thursday's US PCE inflation report are likely to be key near-term catalysts, with investors looking for signals on the future policy path," said Ponmudi R, CEO of Enrich Money.

Tanishq Gold Rates Today

On Monday, 22-carat gold price dropped by Rs 1,500 in 100 grams, slipped by Rs 150 in 10 grams, down by Rs 120 in 8 grams and is lower by Rs 15 in 1 gram. Accordingly, 22-carat gold price stood at Rs 13,125 per 1 gram, at Rs 105,000 per 8 grams, at Rs 131,250 per 10 grams and at Rs 1,312,500 per 100 grams.

Further, 24-carat gold rates are at Rs 14,318 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,43,180 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, 18-carat gold prices are at Rs 10,739 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,07,390 per 10 grams.

IBJA Gold Rates Today

The 999 purity gold price stood at Rs 14,129 per 1 gram, while the 995 purity and 916 purity gold prices are at Rs 14,072 per 1 gram and at Rs 12,942 per 1 gram. Additionally, the 750 purity gold price is at Rs 10,597 per 1 gram and the 585 purity gold price stood at Rs 8,266 per 1 gram.

Malabar Gold Rates Today

Here, 22-carat gold price stood at Rs 13,085 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,30,850 per 10 grams. Additionally, 24-carat gold is available at Rs 14,275 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,42,750 per 10 grams.

Joyalukkas Gold Rates Today

At retail stores of Joyalukkas, 22-carat gold is available at Rs 13,085 per 1 gram and at Rs 1,30,850 per 10 grams. These rates are applicable at stores of Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.
