"The motor vehicle tax will be levied for two years or in multiple of two," it said.

As per the statement, the new vehicle registration facility shall enable free movement of personal vehicles across any state in the country as and when the individual relocates to a new state. In the case of both central as well as state government employees and upon transfer to another state they confront the hassle of transferring the vehicle registration from parent state to another state.
