In his speech just before the end to the lockdown phase I, PM Modi urged employers to not resort to pay cuts or retrenchments and be generous to their workforce instead.
So, the labour ministry will ask the EPFO and ESIC for taking on the work and in this direction will soon come up with the guidelines.
