The initial public offering (IPO) of GR Infraprojects will take place on July 7, 2021. Through initial public offerings, the corporation hopes to raise Rs. 800 million. Lokesh Builders will sell 11,42,400 equity shares
Jasamrit Premises will sell 1.27 lakh equity shares
Jasamrit Fashions will sell 80,000 equity shares
Jasamrit Creations will sell 56,000 equity shares
Jasamrit Construction will sell 44,000 equity shares through an offer for sale.

According to the company's red herring prospectus (RHP), GR Infraprojects' initial public offering contains a reservation of up to 2.25 lakh equity shares for subscription by eligible workers.

CRISIL increased the long-term rating from AA-/Positive to AA/Stable. As of October 20, 2020, they reaffirmed their short-term rating of A+. The company has completed over 100 road construction projects as of April 2021. In Udaipur, Guwahati, and Sandila, they have three production plants (UP).
