First Greek Premier's Visit to India in 16 Years
Mitsotakis' visit marks a significant milestone as the first Greek premier to travel to India in 16 years. His trip follows Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Athens last year, which was the first by an Indian premier in four decades. This high-level engagement underscores the growing importance of the relationship between the two nations.
Mobility Migration Agreement and Technological Synergies
Mitsotakis announced the expectation of concrete announcements soon regarding the signing of a mobility migration agreement. This agreement aims to facilitate the organized movement of Indian labor to Greece, addressing the demand for skilled workers in various sectors.
