Revenue from operations came in at Rs 1,505.36 crore in Q4 FY26, registering a strong 87.93% year-on-year growth compared to Rs 801 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Groww EBITDA Jumps 30% QoQ; Margins Expand to 62.4%
Operating performance also remained healthy, with EBITDA rising 30.3% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 938.6 crore. Margins improved to 62.4%, expanding by 320 basis points from 59.2% in the previous quarter.

The improvement in margins was largely supported by operating leverage, as the company continued to scale its platform while keeping costs under control.
The company saw notable traction across key business segments. Its Margin Trading Facility (MTF) book expanded nearly 4.5 times to Rs 2,800 crore, indicating rising participation from traders.
In the mutual funds segment, new Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) registrations on the Groww platform recorded strong momentum, growing 61.5% year-on-year and 10% quarter-on-quarter during the March quarter. This reflects increasing retail investor interest in long-term investment products.
Groww has been gradually reducing its dependence on Futures and Options (F&O) trading, which currently contributes about half of its revenue. The shift suggests a broader strategy to diversify revenue streams and strengthen more stable segments like mutual funds and wealth products.

The platform's user base continued to grow steadily. Total transacting users reached 21.6 million, reflecting a 6% increase sequentially and a 25% rise year-on-year.
Out of this, active users stood at 16.7 million, highlighting consistent engagement levels across the platform.
As of March 31, total customer assets on the platform stood at Rs 3 lakh crore. This was slightly lower on a quarterly basis, down 1% from the December quarter, but showed a decline of 36% compared to the same period last year.
Despite this, Groww strengthened its position in the mutual funds space, with its market share increasing to 14%, up from 12.3% a year ago, according to the company's investor presentation.
