Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd post Q2 FY23 results declaration, the board of directors of the company held a meeting on October 20, 2022, approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 2 for the fiscal year 2022-23.

Happiest Minds Technologies in its regulatory filing on October 20, 2022, has said "We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., October 20, 2022, approved the unaudited financial statements of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) for the quarter and half year that ended on September 30, 2022 and also declared an interim dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share of face value Rs.2/- for the financial year 2022-23."

It added, "Record date for the purpose of interim dividend has been fixed on November 03, 2022 and the dividend will be paid on and after November 15, 2022 to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of shares as on the aforesaid record date."

The stock of the company on Friday fell 2.11% ending at Rs 988.60 per share. On NSE, the stock hit the 52 week low level at Rs 785.60 and the 52 week high at Rs 1.403, respectively.
