Hatsun Agro Shares Jump 8% On Likely Bonus Declaration

Shares in Hatsun Agro jumped as much as 8 per cent on the possibility of declaration of a bonus shares. The board of the company is likely to meet on Oct 19, 2020 to consider the same.

The company in a filing to the BSE has said that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Oct 19, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.09.2020, to Forfeit Partly paid up Rights Equity Shares on which Call Money was not paid and to approve issue of Bonus Shares.

Apart from this the board would also consider fixing of the record date for determining Members eligible to vote on Bonus Issue and a private placement of Equity Shares.

The stock of Hatsun Agro was up 8 per cent at Rs 840.
