HDFC Bank Partners With IAF And CSC Academy To Launch Project HAKK
HDFC Bank, one of India's leading private sector banks, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Air Force (IAF) and CSC Academy to launch Project HAKK (Hawai Anubhavi Kalyan Kendra). The initiative aims to support defence pensioners, veterans, and their families by providing them with essential financial and government-related services.
'Serving Those Who Have Served' - A Commitment To Defence Veterans

Project HAKK is designed to offer comprehensive assistance to Defence servicemen, ex-servicemen, and their families, ensuring they have seamless access to over 500 Government-to-Citizen (G2C) and Business-to-Citizen (B2C) services. These include:
Aadhaar services (updates, enrolment, etc.)
National Pension System (NPS) services
PAN card issuance and updates
Passport application and renewal assistance
Bill payments and collection services
Other essential citizen services
HDFC Bank's Role And Support
As part of this initiative, HDFC Bank will establish dedicated service centers to assist veterans and their families with pension-related queries, settlement issues, and documentation. These centers will not only provide government services but also offer access to HDFC Bank's digital banking products and financial solutions, ensuring greater convenience and financial security.
Additionally, to enhance the reach and effectiveness of the program, the bank will:
Train individuals managing these centers in collaboration with CSC Academy.
Provide a monthly financial grant for the first year to ensure smooth operations.
Offer personalized banking solutions tailored to the needs of defence personnel.
Nationwide Rollout - 25 Centres In Key Locations
Initially, 25 service centers will be established at strategic Indian Air Force units across the country, including:
New Delhi
Bengaluru
Gurgaon
Pune
Secunderabad
Guwahati
Jodhpur
Chandigarh and more.
