HDFC Bank Q1 Result Date: HDFC Bank share price on Friday remained in the green. The surge came a day after the private lender announced its board of directors meeting date to consider and announce its first-quarter results for the financial year 2026-27.

HDFC Bank share price today was trading 0.68% higher at Rs 823.3 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 12,67,452.25 crore. The stock touched an intraday high of Rs 825.30 per share and a low of Rs 820.40 per share.

HDFC Bank Q1 Result Date

The HDFC Bank's board of directors will meet on Saturday, July 18, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 2026.

"We wish to inform you that the Bank will host an earnings call with analysts and investors at 16:00 hours (IST) on Saturday, July 18, 2026, wherein the senior management of the Bank will discuss the said financial results with the participants," as per HDFC Bank's BSE filing released on Thursday, July 9.

HDFC Bank Q1 Update

The bank released its business update for the June quarter earlier this week. HDFC Bank reported a 15.4% annual jump in its gross advances to Rs 30.61 lakh crore against Rs 26.53 lakh crore reported in the same quarter of the last financial year.

HDFC Bank's advances under management stood at Rs 31.27 lakh crore by the end of Q1FY27. It reflected a 12.4% increase on an annual basis from Rs 27.82 lakh crore. The private lender's total deposits surged by 14.7% on an annual basis to Rs 31.71 lakh crore as of June 30, 2026.

The bank has a dividend yield of 2.19 %, as per Trendlyne data. The bank has declared 28 dividends since April 20, 2001. HDFC Bank has declared an equity dividend close to Rs 18 per share in the last year. The dividend yield after adjusting for bonus/splits stood at 1.88%.

HDFC Bank reported a 9% year-on-year jump in its net profit for the fourth quarter of financial year 2025-26. HDFC Bank's net interest income (NII) surged by 3.2% to ₹33,081.5 crore.

HDFC Bank's NII stood at Rs 19,221 crore. Net revenues (net interest income plus other income) for FY26 stood at Rs 1,912.2 billion, as against Rs 1,683.0 billion for FY25. Profit after tax for FY26 was Rs 746.7 billion, up by 10.9% over the corresponding year ended March 31, 2025.
