HDFC Bank UPI Services: Why UPI Services Will Not Be Available For 2-Days In Nov Month?

HDFC Bank declared that its UPI services will remain unavailable for 2 days in the month of November for few hours. The bank already declared a temporary suspension of its Unified Payment Interface (UPI) services due to necessary system maintenance. It is important to note that UPI services will remain unavailable on November 5 from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM IST and again on November 23, 2024 from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM IST.

According to reports, financial and non-financial UPI transactions will not be available via HDFC Bank's Current and Savings accounts, as well as RuPay Credit Cards during the downtime period of bank for these two-days. It will reportedly impact transactions generated through HDFC Mobile Banking app, Google Pay, WhatsApp Pay, Paytm, Shriram Finance, Mobikwik, and Kredit.Pe. And, merchants acquired by HDFC Bank will also face service disruptions.

1) 05th November 2024 from 12:00 AM IST to 02:00 AM IST (2 hours).
