The gold loan NBFC stock has announced its highest-ever dividend till now for the financial year 2025-26. The Kerala-based NBFC board has approved 300% dividend for FY26. The company has fixed the dividend record date for the coming week.

Muthoot Finance board "considered and approved the payment of an interim dividend of Rs. 30 (Rupees Thirty) per equity share (300%) for the Financial Year 2025-26," stated the company in its BSE filing.

The company's board has fixed April 17 as the dividend record date to become eligible for the corporate action. It is important for investors to own the company stock on or before the dividend record date.

"Shareholders whose names appear as on close of business hours of April 17, 2026 ("Record Date") (1) as Beneficial owners as per the list to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the shares held in electronic form and (2) as Members in the Register of Members of the Company in respect of shares held in physical form, would be entitled to receive the interim dividend. The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration," stated the company in its BSE filing.

Muthoot Finance Share Price Trend

Muthoot Finance shares ended higher on Friday. The stock had touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 4,149 per share and 52-week low mark of Rs 1,964.35 per share. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 33.31%. The gold loan NBFC stock value has declined 6.92% year to date (YTD) and has jumped 66.92% in one year.
