To ease the process of property tax payment for residents of Hyderabad, Paytm has installed more than 400 card machines across the city in partnership with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). Locals would now be able to pay their property taxes online via debit cards, credit cards, or even QR codes using these card machines.
The initiative will help Hyderabad's civic body by ensuring easier and faster tracking of property tax payments and delays by residents. For citizens they would now be able to pay the property taxes in Hyderabad by using the Paytm application.

"Our partnership with GHMC is focused on making property tax payments simpler and more efficient for both citizens and municipal authorities. By offering innovative card machines and our pioneered QR-based payment solutions, we are ensuring greater convenience, faster processing, and improved transparency in tax collection. We are committed to driving innovation in payments and enabling digitization of public services," said a Paytm spokesperson.
