IBS Software Acquires Above Property Services for $90 Million

Mumbai, January 16: IBS Software, a travel transportation and technology company, announced on Tuesday that it has reached an agreement to acquire Above Property Services (APS), a hotel and travel technology firm, for USD 90 million.

Founded in 2012 by Aaron Shepherd, APS offers a unified platform optimized for the hotel enterprise sector. The acquisition will add Call Center and Demand-side stored and third-party inventory solutions to IBS Software's existing booking engine and distribution platform, which is used by over 36,000 hotels worldwide.
