ICAI CA Results May 2025 Declared: Check Scorecards, Toppers List, and CA September Exam Dates

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has declared the CA Results May 2025 today, July 6. The results for the CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, and CA Final May 2025 exams are now available on the official websites icai.nic.in and icai.org. Students who appeared for the May session can now check and download their ICAI CA result 2025 by logging in with their roll number and registration number.

To download the CA May 2025 results, students should follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit icai.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link for CA Final, Intermediate, or Foundation Result May 2025.
Step 3: Enter your ICAI roll number and registration number.
Step 3: Input the CAPTCHA code.
Step 4: Click on submit to view and download your CA scorecard 2025.

CA Foundation May 2025 Result: Pass Percentage Declines

For the CA Foundation May 2025 exam, a total of 108,187 candidates appeared. Out of these, 15,332 students passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 14.17%. This is lower than the January session, where 23,861 out of 1,10,887 candidates cleared the exam, marking a pass percentage of 21.52%.

CA Intermediate May 2025 Results: Group-wise Breakdown

In the CA Intermediate May 2025 exams, the results are as follows:

Group I: 97,034 appeared, 14,232 passed: 14.67% pass rate

Group II: 72,069 appeared, 15,502 passed: 21.51% pass rate

Both Groups: 38,029 appeared, 5,028 passed: 13.22% pass rate.

The numbers show a slightly better performance in Group II compared to Group I.

CA Final May 2025 Result: Overall Pass Percentage and Toppers

For the CA Final May 2025 exams:

Group I: 66,943 appeared, 14,979 passed: 22.38% pass percentage

Group II: 46,173 appeared, 12,204 passed: 26.43% pass percentage

Both Groups: 29,286 appeared, and 5,490 passed: 18.75% pass percentage.

The overall performance in the CA Final 2025 results has shown a positive trend, especially in Group II.

CA September 2025 Exam Dates and Registration Info

Candidates who did not clear the May exams can reappear in the September 2025 CA exams. The ICAI CA September 2025 registration process is open from July 5 to July 18. The CA Final Group I exams will be held on September 3, 6, and 8, while Group II exams are scheduled for September 10, 12, and 14.
