IDFC Ltd To Consider And Declare Interim Dividend This Week
Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC) Ltd, a private sector finance company, declared on Sunday that its Board of Directors would consider and issue an interim dividend on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. The company has told the National Stock Exchange (NSE) that "we wish to inform you that on April 06, 2022 the Board of the Directors of the IDFC Limited ('IDFC' or 'the Company') will consider and declare Interim Dividend on paid up equity share capital of the Company."
IDFC Ltd is a significant non-banking financial company (NBFC) that invests in a variety of businesses, including asset management in both public and private markets, institutional broking, and infrastructure debt funds. In December 2021, IDFC's EPS grew to Rs. 0.09 from Rs. 0.03 in December 2020. EBITDA was Rs. 22.97 crores in December 2021, up from Rs. 4.57 crore the previous year.

IDFC First Bank has informed NSE that "We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022, inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022."
