Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC) Ltd, a private sector finance company, declared on Sunday that its Board of Directors would consider and issue an interim dividend on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. The company has told the National Stock Exchange (NSE) that "we wish to inform you that on April 06, 2022 the Board of the Directors of the IDFC Limited ('IDFC' or 'the Company') will consider and declare Interim Dividend on paid up equity share capital of the Company."

IDFC Ltd is a significant non-banking financial company (NBFC) that invests in a variety of businesses, including asset management in both public and private markets, institutional broking, and infrastructure debt funds. On the NSE, IDFC's shares surged from Rs 47.50 on April 5, 2021 to Rs 65.85 on April 4, 2022, 11:30 a.m. IST, a return of 38.42 percent in a year. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the stock is up 2.98 percent. In the previous six months, the stock has climbed by 22.67 percent, and in the last month, it has gained by 18.79 percent. The stock has increased 3.30 percent in the previous five days and is up 3.38 percent in today's trading session, with the stock opening at Rs 64.80.
According to the Q3 FY22 figures, IDFC's standalone quarterly numbers were Rs 31.42 crore in December 2021 for net sales and Quarterly Net Profit was Rs 14.64 crore in December 2021, up from Rs 4.62 crore in December 2020. In December 2021, IDFC's EPS grew to Rs. 0.09 from Rs. 0.03 in December 2020. EBITDA was Rs. 22.97 crores in December 2021, up from Rs. 4.57 crore the previous year.
On the last day of the month, IDFC Bank, IDFC's major subsidiary, will consider and announce financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2022. IDFC First Bank has informed NSE that "We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022, inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022."
