IndiGo Airlines To Commence Flights To Singapore And Bangkok From Bhubaneswar From Next Month

IndiGo announced on Wednesday to start offering flights from Bhubaneswar to Singapore and Bangkok on June 3.

According to a statement from IndiGo, these more international flights will not only boost connectivity but also increase accessibility for travellers flying to and from Bhubaneswar.

The airline located in Gurugram has already made known that it will begin connecting Bhubaneswar with Dubai on May 15.

"These new connections to Bangkok and Singapore from Bhubaneswar will not only reduce travel time but also enhance global connectivity from the state," said Naveen Patnaik, Chief Minister of Odisha.

The improved accessibility, according to Patnaik, will boost trade and tourism, benefit the state's residents, and assist the administration in realising its vision for a "new Odisha."

According to Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales for IndiGo, these additional flights to Singapore and Bangkok would boost tourism and business in the city and the entire state.
