The Board of Infosys officially announced the definitive agreement on Thursday, January 11, signalling a significant step in the company's commitment to enhancing its capabilities in the fast-evolving realm of Chip-to-Cloud solutions. The collaboration will aim to orchestrate comprehensive end-to-end product development for clients," stated the company in a filing.
