IPO Calendar Next Week: 6 New Issues Worth Rs 3,825 Crore Open, NSE IPO Closes Monday, 6 Listings Due
The primary market shows no sign of slowing in the week starting September 21, with six new mainboard issues set to open for subscription, and the much-watched National Stock Exchange of India IPO closing its bidding window on Monday. Six listings are also lined up during the week.
The NSE IPO, priced at Rs 1,700 to Rs 1,785 per share, ends on September 21. The Rs 22,561.57 crore issue is entirely an offer for sale of 12.64 crore shares, with Kotak Mahindra Capital as the lead manager. Allotment is expected on September 22, and the shares will list on the BSE on September 24.

The lot size is 8 shares, so retail investors need a minimum of Rs 14,280 at the upper band. Eligible employees get a Rs 170 discount to the issue price. Sonaselection India's Rs 141.57 crore fresh issue, priced at Rs 94 to Rs 99 per share, also closes on Monday. It is managed by Choice Capital, with a lot size of 150 shares (Rs 14,850 at the upper band), and will list on September 24.
New issues begin opening on Tuesday, September 22, with Varmora Granito. Its Rs 708.02 crore issue combines a fresh issue of Rs 320 crore with an OFS of Rs 388.02 crore, at a price band of Rs 140 to Rs 148 per share. The lot size is 101 shares, or Rs 14,948 at the upper band. The issue closes on September 24, allotment is expected on September 25, and listing is tentatively fixed for September 29.
Four more issues open on Wednesday, September 23, and close on Friday, September 25, with allotment expected on September 28 and listing on September 30. The largest is Elevate Campuses, a Rs 2,100 crore fresh issue of 5.80 crore shares priced at Rs 343 to Rs 362, with a lot size of 41 shares (Rs 14,842). JM Financial manages the issue.
ArMee Infotech is raising Rs 300 crore through a fresh issue at Rs 350 to Rs 375 per share. Its 40-share lot requires Rs 15,000 at the upper band, the highest minimum retail investment among the issues, and Khandwala Securities is the lead manager.
Swastika Infra's Rs 160.88 crore issue comprises a Rs 128.50 crore fresh issue and a Rs 32.38 crore OFS at Rs 175 to Rs 185, with a lot of 81 shares (Rs 14,985) and Srujan Alpha Capital as lead manager.
Adroit Industries (India) is raising Rs 150.71 crore, made up of a Rs 132.62 crore fresh issue and a Rs 18.09 crore OFS, at Rs 126 to Rs 134. The lot size is 111 shares (Rs 14,874), and Choice Capital manages the issue.
The last to open is A-One Steels on Thursday, September 24. The Rs 405 crore issue includes a fresh issue of 87.65 lakh shares worth Rs 355 crore and an OFS of 12.35 lakh shares worth Rs 50 crore, priced at Rs 385 to Rs 405 per share.
The lot size is 37 shares, or Rs 14,985 at the upper band. The issue closes on Monday, September 28, with allotment on September 29 and listing on October 1. PL Capital is the lead manager.
On the listing front, Manika Plastech, which raised Rs 125.50 crore at a final issue price of Rs 43 per share, debuts on Monday, September 21. Three issues that closed on September 18 list on Wednesday, September 23.
Hero Motors, which raised Rs 1,000 crore at Rs 84 per share, SS Retail, which raised Rs 500 crore at Rs 424, and Jindal Supreme (India), which raised Rs 124.88 crore at Rs 93. NSE and Sonaselection India list on Thursday, September 24.
