The Tunwal e-Motors IPO will open from July 15 to July 18. This fixed price issue is valued at Rs 115.64 crore, with a fresh issue of 138.5 lakh shares amounting to Rs 81.72 crore and an offer for sale of 57.5 lakh shares totaling Rs 33.93 crore. The IPO price is set at Rs 59 per share. Horizon Management Private Limited is the book-running lead manager, with Skyline Financial Services Private Ltd as the registrar. Market makers include Nikunj Stock Brokers and Giriraj Stock Broking.

Macobs Technologies IPO

Scheduled from July 16 to July 19, the Macobs Technologies IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 19.46 crore, entirely comprising a fresh issue of 25.95 lakh shares. The price band is set at Rs 71 to Rs 75 per share. SKI Capital Services Limited is the book running lead manager, with Maashitla Securities Private Limited as the registrar. SKI Capital Services also serves as the market maker.

Kataria Industries IPO

The Kataria Industries IPO, open from July 16 to July 19, is a book-built issue worth Rs 54.58 crore, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 56.85 lakh shares. The price band is between Rs 91 and Rs 96 per share. Interactive Financial Services Ltd is the book running lead manager, and Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd is the registrar.

Additional Listing: SAR Televenture FPO

Besides the new IPOs, the market will also see the follow-on public offering (FPO) of SAR Televenture, open from July 22 to July 24. This book-built issue aims to raise Rs 150 crore through a fresh issue of 71.43 lakh shares, with a price band of Rs 200 to Rs 210 per share. Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd and Link Intime India Private Ltd are involved as the book running lead manager and registrar, respectively.
