Monday, August 18, 2025

1. Knowledge Realty Trust REIT Listing

Knowledge Realty Trust REIT will list on the stock exchanges on August 18. The Rs. 4,800 crore issue was opened on August 5 and closed on August 7, with the REIT being subscribed 12.48 times overall. The Knowledge Realty Trust REIT GMP (grey market premium) stood at Rs. 2 as of August 16, indicating a modest 2% listing gain.

2. Regaal Resources IPO Allotment

The Regaal Resources IPO allotment will be finalized on August 18. The issue worth Rs. 306 crore opened for subscriptions on August 12 and closed on August 14. As of August 16, the Regaal Resources GMP stood at Rs. 25, signaling an estimated listing price of Rs. 127 and a 24.5% gain per share. The IPO is expected to list on August 20th.

1. Shreeji Shipping Global IPO Opens

The Rs. 410.71 crore Shreeji Shipping Global IPO opens on August 19 and will close on August 21. It is a fresh issue with price fixed at Rs. 240 to 252 per share. Before the bidding window opens, The Shreeji Shipping IPO GMP as of August 16 is Rs. 26 with 10% gains likely on listing which is expected on August 26th

2. Gem Aromatics IPO Opens

Also opening on August 19 is the Gem Aromatics IPO, worth Rs. 451.25 crore. The price band is Rs. 309 to 325 per share, and the IPO will close on August 21. As of today The Gem Aromatics IPO GMP is Rs. 41,with a possible 12.6% gain on listing on August 26.

3. Vikram Solar IPO Opens

Another major issue opening on August 19 is the Vikram Solar IPO, a Rs. 2,079.37 crore book-build issue. The price band for Vikram Solar IPO is set at Rs. 315-332 per share, with subscriptions closing on August 21. The tentative listing date is August 26.The Vikram Solar IPO GMP is Rs. 60.5 showing an 18.2% listing gain.

4. Patel Retail IPO Opens

The Rs. 242.76 crore worth Patel Retail IPO also opens on August 19 and will close on August 21. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs. 217.21 crore and an OFS of Rs. 25.55 crore. The price band is fixed at Rs. 237-255 per share, and the IPO will list on August 26. The Patel Retail GMP is Rs. 35 with an expected 13.7% gain.

1. Mangal Electrical IPO Opens

Mangal Electrical IPO opens for subscription on August 20 and closes on August 22. The issue is entirely a fresh issue worth Rs. 400 crore with price at Rs. 533-561 per share. The allotment will be finalized on August 25 and listing on August 28. As of August 16, the Mangal Electrical IPO GMP stood at zero, indicating no premium in the grey market.
