IQOO 15 Launch in India: One of the most power-packed flagship phones of the year, IQOO 15 launched in India on Wednesday, November 26. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and the new M14 AMOLED display featured smartphone is set to compete with other flagship phones like the OnePlus 15 and the Realme GT 8 Pro.

The phone has already made its debut in China last year. Its phone is likely to be priced between Rs 65,000 and Rs 70,000. Here are all the details you need to know about the phone.

The iQOO 15 launch price has been fixed at Rs 72,999 for the 12 GB + 256 GB variant. The 16GB+512 GB variant is pricedat Rs 79,999 for the 16 GB + 512 GB variant. The phone will come in two colours, ie matte black Alpha Edition and Legend Edition in white. Inspired by motorsport racing, the new Legend edition of iQOO 15 will also feature the tri-colour rhombus pattern.

iQOO 15 Sale Time In India

The iQOO 15 will go on sale starting from December 1. Tech geeks can purchase the phone on the Amazon website during the iQOO 15 sale. The phone will also be available on the iQOO e-store and the vivo exclusive stores. People can also pre-book the newly launched phone from Thursday, November 27.

The smartphone is equipped with three 50 MP. The model is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdraggon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Unlike previous models, this iteration is designed to be a comprehensive device, competing with other flagship smartphones, such as the OnePlus 15.

iQOO 15 Display and Software

Running on Origin OS 6, based on Android 16, the iQOO 15 sports a 6.85-inch Samsung 2K M14 OLED display. It offers a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2,600 nits, ensuring a vivid viewing experience. This flagship also includes a vapour chamber cooling system and iQOO's SuperComputing Q44 chip, which enhances gaming performance.

Camera and Additional Features

The rear of the iQOO 15 features a large squircle-shaped camera island. It houses a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary camera, a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide sensor. The device also offers a 32MP front-facing camera with a 90-degree field of view and includes iQOO's signature RGB LED strip for notifications.

For thermal management, the iQOO 15 is equipped with an 8K vapour chamber cooling system, crucial for handling the heat from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Additionally, it includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, a common feature in flagship devices.
